We began at EnterpriseChai focused on customer success — helping teams understand renewal risk and retention pain points. But as we worked with design partners, we realized the deeper issue wasn't after the sale, it was before: sales teams were losing time and predictability because qualification was broken.
At EnterpriseChai, we believe the hardest part of B2B sales isn't getting data — it's knowing whether a deal is actually worth pursuing.
